That way account creation should go faster, since you don't have to install apps and wait for it to setup Android every single time. What I've been suggested to do, is to create and customize one instance, and clone that one for every single IG account I create. If you decide to try Memu, you basically create a new instance with the Multi-Memu tool that comes with Memu when you install it. I think you can download a newer version of BlueStacks from their official page, and use BS tweaker on it, maybe all the functionalities, including Geo, will be there.
